Verified domains connect a PageLens score to a site owner. Once a domain is verified, you can use PageLens credential and badge surfaces to show the current audit status.
Claim a domain
Open Verified domains from your account menu. PageLens groups scans by domain, then asks you to prove that you control the site before publishing owner-managed badge surfaces.
Verification usually requires adding a token or following the instructions shown in the domain flow.
Choose the current scan
A domain badge points at a current scan. New scans do not automatically overwrite public badge state unless the product flow says they should. This prevents an unrelated or experimental scan from changing what visitors see.
Keep the badge fresh
A badge is most useful when the underlying scan is recent. Use re-scans or weekly monitoring when you want a public trust signal that stays current.
What the badge means
The badge is not a security certification or legal warranty. It is a snapshot of a PageLens audit for the claimed site, including the score, freshness, and supporting report context made available by the owner.
Troubleshooting
If verification fails, check that the token is on the exact hostname PageLens asks for, that redirects are not stripping it, and that the page is reachable by a normal browser.
