Monitoring

Weekly monitoring

Use recurring scans to keep an eye on important pages and notice regressions over time.

4 min read

Weekly monitoring is for sites where freshness matters. PageLens re-runs a scan on a schedule so you can catch regressions after launches, CMS edits, design changes, or dependency updates.

When to use it

Use monitoring for:

  • home, pricing, signup, and checkout pages
  • verified domain badge freshness
  • high-value client or portfolio sites
  • sites that change often through CMS or no-code builders

What gets scanned

The monitor uses the product configuration for the recurring scan, including page count and viewport choices. Treat it as an automated repeat of an important audit, not a full replacement for targeted manual scans.

Reading changes

Compare the latest report with the previous complete scan. Pay attention to new high-severity findings, score drops, and mobile-only regressions.

Pausing or changing monitoring

Open Weekly Monitor from the account menu to manage active monitoring. If you need a different route set, viewport, or authenticated profile, create a new scan configuration and use that as the basis for future monitoring.

Still need help?

Open a support ticket and attach the scan if the question is about a specific report.
